4.1 Information Shared With Other Users

When you use Nearbi, certain information is visible to other users:

• Profile photos and bio
• Age and gender
• Interests and hobbies
• Approximate location (distance from you)
• Photo verification status
• Height, body type, and physical characteristics (if provided)
• Creator profile links and follower counts (if you're a creator)
• Profile view activity (unless browsing incognito)

4.2 Information NOT Shared

We do not share the following without explicit consent:

• Your password
• Your email address (with other users)
• Your phone number
• Your full location (only approximate distance)

5. Data Retention

While your account is active, we retain all profile information, messages, photos, and activity logs.

When you delete your account:

• Profile becomes immediately unavailable to other users
• Messages are deleted within 30 days
• Photos are deleted within 7 days

• Prevent account fraud and spoofing

Your exact location is never shared with other users. Other users only see approximate distance (e.g., "2.3 km away").

9. Children's Privacy

Nearbi is not intended for users under 18 years old.

• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18
• Age verification (18+) is required
• If we learn that a minor has created an account, we will delete it immediately

10. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• AWS S3: Photo storage
• Render.com: Backend hosting

We are not responsible for third-party privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted in the App, and continued use of the App means acceptance of changes.
